A rare and exciting opportunity, we require a Full- Time Operations Supervisor to join our Goldfields Team, based in Kalgoorlie WA. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead our operations team across the Goldfields with a focus on driving client and customer satisfaction, promoting safety and wellbeing, and delivering efficiency and business growth.

- Coordinate the delivery of safe, compliant and customer focused services across the Goldfields,
- Provide frontline operational and safety leadership to a team of ~25 employees,
- Key leadership position with autonomy to implement your ideas,
- Identify and deliver operational improvements and exceed key performance benchmarks,
- Manage and prepare detailed reports on all operational activities,
- Conduct thorough incident investigations utilizing well-established investigation techniques
- HR license is desirable, but not essential,
- Strong, compassionate, proactive leadership style with demonstratable experience,
- An uncompromising commitment to safety-first culture, Proficient with OHSE management systems,
- Intermediate IT proficiency with operating systems and MS office suite.
- Organized and independent leader with good time management skills
- Road transport and/or logistics experience will be highly regarded
