Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Operations Support person to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operations and ensuring the smooth operation of office-based activities and our distribution and dispatch activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative support to the sales, financial and dispatch teams.
- Customer service and aftercare support.
- Supporting the efficient dispatch of products and liaising with transport contractors.
- Coordinating with the team to ensure all operations are timely, accurate and efficient.
- Assisting with inventory management and providing product expertise.
- Working collaboratively with a team dedicated to excellence.
- Developing and implementing best practices for all operations
Key Details:
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Immediate start available (negotiable).

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and understand the technical elements of our products
- Sound computer proficiency for data entry and logistics management, emailing, processing orders
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and adapt to changing weather conditions
- Knowledge and experience in site health and safety practices
- Previous experience in a similar operations role, including dispatch/logistics coordination, office administration.
- Australian Drivers Licence
