Operations Support Officer
Employment Term: Ongoing – Full time
Location: Tullamarine, Melbourne
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 plus Super

This position would suit a highly motivated person with at least 2 years office and administration experience, and strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Someone who thrives in not only following processes, but improving them with their high attention to detail and strong initiative.

About the role:
Using your vast skills and experience in administration and office management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Based at our head office in Tullamarine, your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and organised workspace
- Answering customer enquiries and bookings
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained for auditing
- Maintaining and improving systems
- Onboarding new employees and record keeping
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment
- General administration
The successful candidate must have:
- Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Proven 2-3 years experience in similar administration/office management roles
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Software including SharePoint
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude, reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Experience working in the civil construction industry is a bonus!
Office working hours are 9am-5:30pm, based in our Tullamarine office.
