The role: Is a valuable member and leader of the Operations Support team where we strive to provide excellent customer service to our internal stakeholders through office support and administration to help keep things moving.
What you will be responsible for:
Leading a team of five to support delivery of our centralised tasks through managing resources and upskilling team members where required.
Maintaining good team culture through managing performance outcomes and feedback, education and bringing the Pernod Ricard values to life
Leading the move from manual administration processes to digitisation to gain efficiencies and reduce double handling
Key accountability for managing & delegating centralised tasks, these include; the raising and receipting Purchase Orders through JD Edwards software, maintain contractor data in our contractor management system, time sheet processing for payroll, controlled document amendments and uploads, updating skill matrix spreadsheets, stationery ordering, team functions, just to name a few
Challenging the status quo to focus and having a continuous improvement mindset as we tackle transforming our tasks and processes

About you:

Similar experience in leading a small team will be highly regarded, where you have motivated and influenced team members to deliver good quality outcomes for the business
