An exciting opportunity has become available at Place Bulimba for an Operations Team Leader to join a small, market leading team. As the Operations Team Leader, you will play a crucial part in ensuring workflow is managed effectively and provide oversight to the day-to-day operations of the team.
We are looking for an innovative candidate who looks to find new ways to streamline processes and implement strategies for the betterment of team productivity. You will have previous experience managing a team, and extensive experience in administration to enable you to keep up with the fast-paced nature of Real Estate. An understanding of the real estate industry is highly desirable.
As the Operations Team Leader, you will be:
- Managing and leading the day-to-day operations of the team, including training, resourcing, team planning and general administrative execution;
- Acting as an escalation point, and assisting the Lead Agent with diplomatic decision making;
- Preparing documentation to support the listing process, including presentations, reports and contracts;
- Database management, managing reports and feedback reporting;
- Developing exceptional relationships and collaborate networks within relevant stakeholders internally and externally;
- Managing the client service feedback processes with appropriate escalation.
- 3+ years in the real estate industry (desirable) with experience working in a fast paced team;
- A personable approach with a can-do attitude towards solving problems;
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and delegation skills;
- Taking initiative and aptitude for problem solving;
- The ability to be adaptable to change with a forward-thinking mentality;
- A passion for personal development, and the desire to make a difference to your team and clients.
