About the Operations Supervisor Role:
Please note hours - Mon -Fri, 11am-7pm. A level of flexibility may be required at times.
As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, and resourcing and team leadership for specified operational areas and/or operational processes. This includes overseeing all activities and resources associated with the branch to achieve agreed objectives, optimising profitability, and business efficiency with a strong customer focus, in a safe and socially acceptable manner.
What you'll do (duties/responsibilities including/not limited to):
Planning and coordinating daily activities and holding team members to account. This position plays an important role in achieving daily KPI's, and identifying/actioning process improvements, along with engaging support from other functional leads.
What you'll bring to the role:
2+ years Team/People Leader experience in a fast-paced operations environment.
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel etc.)
You're enthusiastic, energetic, show initiative and can multi-task.
Problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement.
Approachable and supportive personality capable of engaging a team.
Motivated and open to mentoring to support your career development at Team Global Express.
Bright positive attitude - lead by example.
