The Wealth Operations Team is focused on effectively managing all client queries in line with regular procedures and legislative requirements. The team provides high quality services and the timely management of requests.

What role will you play?
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving performance, actively managing workflow queues, and be accountable for the delivery of the agreed service level standards and key performance measures for the Wealth Payments team. In addition to leading the team, you will be accountable for maintaining quality standards, championing strong risk management practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the team.
