Position Details:
- Full-time permanent role, 5 days a week
- Location: 3 days in Surry Hills office, 2 days WFH Hybrid
- Reporting to: Global CEO
Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance, invoicing, accounts, subscriptions, and office supplies
- Handle expenses, ordering, and financial processes
- Collaborate with the CEO on forecast, budgeting, and actuals
- Ensure all administrative tasks are executed accurately and efficiently
- Manage document filing, archiving (hard and soft copies), and travel arrangements
- Undertake other ad-hoc responsibilities and required deliverables
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Numerical proficiency and comfort with numbers and simple formulas
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently without supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork
- Prior experience in an agency setting, bookkeeping, or simple accounts work
- Previous exposure to client liaison, project, or account management
