Your new role 

As an Oracle Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and managing Oracle-based software solutions to meet business needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide expertise in writing functions, procedures, and packages. Review, analyse, and test code written by others for database performance reasons.
• Contribute to larger projects using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms.
• Develop PL/SQL database objects, SQL scripts, interfaces, reports, and forms using standard tools such as Oracle Forms, Report Builder, Oracle Application Framework, and BI Publisher.
• Optimise SQL queries for maximum efficiency.
• Actively participate in quality-driven development.

What you'll need to succeed 

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A proven track record in software development, specifically with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms.
• The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead by example.
• Familiarity with SQL tuning techniques, UNIX, and Salesforce API limits.
• Strong analytical abilities and a knack for solving complex challenges.
