DESCRIPTION Use your attention to detail and organisational skills to support the commercial team at MotorOne Group. About the role: $52K super Full time, permanent position Enjoy your motorised desk on the 9th floor in their state-of-the-art office in Mulgrave (where you can see all the way to the bay) Be part of a team that works hard but has a lot of fun too (Friday games, monthly lunches, onsite gaming room with table tennis, arcade machines and car racing games) What you’ll be doing: Prompt, courteous and professional response to all correspondence via phone or email within KPI.
Undertake importing, processing and accurate data entry of new Fleet Orders within nominated KPI Integrity of data is checked for accuracy and missing, or incorrect data which is submitted daily Amending orders efficiently and accurately when requests come through Coordinate and oversee electronic enquiries Generate invoices and issue customer warranty documentation at the completion of each order within KPI Maintain a daily log; New Orders Tally & Order Count Full list of duties available within the Position Description upon request
