Data Entry / Scheduling Officer

About the Role:

WorkPac on behalf of our leading Civil Construction client are seeking an experienced Data Entry/Scheduling Officer to join their team with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Working from their head office in Geebung (North Brisbane).

Your job will be working with the team to assess fire hydrants based in the local area and surrounds to ensure that they in good working order, should one fail the assessment you will log a repair job and order the materials required to bring it back up to code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry

• Scheduling workflow and labour

• Ordering and pricing materials for upcoming pipeline of jobs

• Assisting with project data into excel spreadsheets

• Liasing with suppliers to ensure correct and up to date pricing on materials

Key Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience in a similar role

• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
