We are recruiting a Full Time Organisation andMethods Analyst to be part of our team.  

 You will help the company create value and improveits way of working by contributing to the study and implementation oforganizational structures, methods, systems, and procedures, in order tosupport business development and increase the efficient use of organizationalresources. 

As a Organization and Methods Analyst in FCT teamyour impact will be seen by:

 ·  Assist in implementing and monitoring ISO9001 andother systems defined by the company.

·  Acting as the guardian of the company's norms andpolicies, creating, updating, and managing documents, procedures, flow charts,manuals, and job descriptions.

·  Building process maps and workflows with a focus onenhancing integration, agility, and effectiveness of the business units withinFCT.

·  Support business in creating short and medium-termstrategic plans.

·  Constructing OKRs (Objective Key Results)indicators, linking and cascading KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) tostrategically monitor the performance of all business units within FCT.

·  Develop and implement an agile management modelwith a focus on results, analyzing and evaluating current systems andstructures.

·  Building, customizing, automating, andstandardizing dashboards and reports that enable leadership to have ananalytical and cross-sectional view of the business, supporting strategicdecision-making that adds value to the organization.

·  Assisting the company towards a more efficientorganization and developing solutions for organizational problems.

 About you

 As a member of our team, you'll work as part of agroup of problem solvers with extensive experience in engineering projects forindustries with pyro-processing needs. You'll be assisting our team in solvingcomplex business issues, from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:

·  Ability to synthesize analyses into clearrecommendations.

·  Skill in using creative approaches toproblem-solving that broaden the horizons of clients and teams.

·  Capacity to think innovatively for new ideas andanalyses to be explored, while maintaining credibility and pragmatism to notlose influence.

·  Translate objectives into key hypotheses and teamwork plans with discrete modules.

·  Communicate expectations and establish deadlineswith agreement from team members, anticipate likely points of controversy, andelevate them appropriately.

·  Demonstrate the ability to manage assignments overdiscrete time periods with minimal intervention.

·  Build productive relationships with client middlemanagement.

EssentialSkills:

·  Bachelor of Engineering (Process, Chemical, orMechanical).

·  At least 5 years of industry or consultingexperience.

·  Experience as an ISO 9001 auditor.

·  Proficient in Business intelligence tools.

·  Expert in Robot Process Automation and low codetools.

·  Proficiency and experience in applying agilemethodologies, along with their tools and systems.

·  MBA, Master's degree, or another postgraduatedegree (desirable).
