Founder, a leading innovator in wear parts solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Line Manager to spearhead our agricultural product line. 

In this pivotal role, you will play a key role in driving growth, profitability, and market leadership within the agricultural sector.

• Location: Forrestdale, 6112

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for our agricultural wear parts portfolio.
• Lead product marketing initiatives.
• Manage pricing and profitability for your product line, ensuring competitive pricing while maximizing margins.
• Foster strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and farmers, to understand their needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, sales) to ensure seamless product development and launch.

• Strong understanding of wear part applications and the challenges faced in these industries.
