The role
This position is a key role within the Aboriginal Strategies Team focussing on the development and implementation of culturally appropriate strategies that affirm and demonstrate the department's commitment to reconciliation and the promotion of inclusive workplace diversity and practice.
You will form part of a great team, drawing on your experience in the design, development and implementation of projects, you will play a vital role in providing advice and guidance to support the department in developing and implementing culturally appropriate learning and development offerings that promote an inclusive environment and value and support workplace diversity. Your practical knowledge of Organisational Development principals will be key to your success in this role.

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 12 months.
