Wesfarmers Health was formed in March 2022, with the acquisition of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API). Our supporting portfolio of brands includes Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy, Soul Pattinson Chemist, Clear Skincare Clinics, InstantScripts and SILK Laser Clinics.

What you'll do:
The Strategy Business Partner is a visionary professional with strong commercial acumen, utilising analytical problem-solving skills. Proficient in clear communication, both written and verbal, this individual adeptly handles small independent projects and workstreams within larger initiatives. With the ability to manage stakeholders across all levels, they drive the successful delivery of strategic projects.
Spearhead the delivery of strategic projects and workstreams within expansive initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with organisational goals
Collaborate closely to support the development of the Divisional strategy, contributing to shaping the future trajectory of Wesfarmers Health
Take charge in delivering strategic projects for both Wesfarmers Group and the Wesfarmers Health Managing Director, employing a results-oriented approach and strategic acumen
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in independently defining, conducting, and delivering strategic analyses, whether autonomously or collaboratively within a team
Demonstrated capability to furnish senior management with valuable strategic and commercial insights, showcasing a track record of adding significant value
Critical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with a robust ability to solve complex problems
Successful track record in facilitating collaboration across functional teams, achieving alignment and fostering shared understanding
Entrepreneurial drive and ability to contribute to a dynamic and innovative work environment
Tertiary qualification in commerce, law, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in roles related to M&A, Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy
