Evolution Orthodontics provides high-quality and personalised specialist orthodontic care for kids, teens and adults. Our main practice is located in Blacktown with one branch practice in Dubbo. Seeking a friendly, motivated and reliable team member.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in dental assisting and/or treatment coordinating is desired but not essential- training will be provided
- ability to build and maintain rapport with our patients and their parents
- self-motivated, enthusiastic and professional demeanor
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Be willing to learn new skills and take direction
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
- Hard-working, oriented team player who is able to undertake clinical tasks and work diligently under pressure.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting the orthodontist/hygienist chair side
- Assisting orthodontist with new patient consultations
- Assist patients with costs and payment plan options
- Patient record taking ie: photographs and digital scans
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Greeting and building rapport with patients ensuring an excellent level of care and customer service
- Provide patient care and pre and post orthodontic care instructions
- Liaising with patients and parents to assist in their orthodontic journey
- High degree of attention to detail and discretion in a clinical setting.
