About the role:
- You’ll be working alongside and supporting our Orthodontists and fellow OHTs who are committed to helping you learn and grow
- Preparing patients for braces on
- Braces off
- Adjustments
- Orthodontics Appliance instructions
- 3D Scanning
- Issue clear aligners and bond attachments
- Assist with Sterilisation as required
- Assist with other clinical duties as required
About you:
- Must be qualified as an OHT/hygienist and registered with AHPRA
- Open to candidates who have over 12 months private practice experience.
- Experience in orthodontics will be essential
- A motivated person with excellent work ethic who is well organised and has the ability to work on their own initiative.
- A person who understands the importance of good communication and the vital role of customer service within the practice.
- The right individual who is willing to learn and embrace modern technology.
The finer details:
- We are open to two different employment opportunities - a locum OHT who has Orthodontic experience and can hit the ground running to cover some upcoming leave for our Therapists. This contract would be for 4 months.
- Alternatively we are open to an OHT who would like a longer term career with us.
- 2 to 4 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri)
