Form of workOrygen Specialist Program (OSP), a program of Melbourne Health, provides specialist mental health services for young people aged 15 to 25 and focuses on providing early intervention to young people with severe and complex mental illness. OSP also works alongside Orygen, the National Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health which operates four primary mental health care headspace services in the catchment area.
Specialist clinical streams in OSP offer targeted interventions for psychotic disorders (including young people at ‘ultra-high risk’ of psychosis), mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders and also manage co- morbid substance use disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Your new role
This role is based in the expanding Western region of Orygen Specialist Program catchment and will be across 2 teams providing care to young people and families presenting with non-psychotic disorders.
The Orygen Specialist Program (OSP) HYPE stream provides an evidence-based early intervention service for young people experiencing some or all of the problems that are referred to as borderline personality disorder (BPD) and other personality disorders and who may also present with other co-occurring mental health difficulties. The aims of HYPE are to support the social and vocational recovery of young people, promote adaptive help seeking and wellbeing and reduce the impact of their mental health difficulties.Your new team:
