About the Role:
We're seeking a Head of Operations based in Taren Point to lead operational departments, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a seamless customer experience. This position demands hands-on leadership to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You will manage inventory across two locations— our main site in Taren Point and a 3PL storage facility. You will monitor productivity and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support the company’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee day-to-day operations for seamless customer experience, actively participating in operational tasks as needed.
- Drive efficiency, compliance, and profitability through process improvements.
- Lead quality assurance and safety initiatives.
- Manage procurement, supply chain, and inventory strategies.
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors.
- Analyse data for performance evaluation.
- Mentor teams for productivity and engagement.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
