As Area Manager, you will oversee our portfolio of services throughout Echuca/Riverina area. You will provide guidance and mentoring to the Coordinators running the services with the freedom to add your own ideas.

Role and Responsibilities
- Provide coaching, guidance and mentoring to Coordinators to build capability within the team
- Basic administration duties – calls, emails, Kidsoft notifications, rostering.
- Share knowledge and educate staff on all aspects of the National Quality Framework and National Law and Regulations
- Oversee the compliance of sites, ensuring the highest quality standard reporting back to the Operations Manager.
- Attend services on a daily basis, actively working with the children and staff as part of the team.
- Work in partnership with our Schools.
- Reporting via in-house audit system of compliance of sites.
- Actively seek new partnerships with Schools and communities.
- Provide support with the program and planning cycle, ensuring the highest quality program for our families.
- Support the team on site with behavior support within the program.

Job REQUIREMENTS
- Leadership experience in a childcare setting
- Completed a degree in Education (diploma or above)
- Ability to build relationships and mentor staff
- Exceptional organisation skills and ability to multi-task
- High standard of communication
- Growth mindset and positive attitude
- Drivers license (essential)
