Job description

We are looking for passionate and energetic Educator to join our team at Nicholls OSHCluboffering 15:00hours per week, you will work across our After School Care shifts.

  • After School Care (Stay and Play Program) - Monday to Friday; 02:15 PM - 05:15 PM
  • You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too!

About the role

As an Educator, you will join the children in a variety of activities to encourage their curiosity and develop their well-being! Ideally, you need to have skill, passion or interest to share with the children, as diverse activities and creativity is key to our ongoing success. You will bring a sense of adventure, empathy and energy, as well as a meaningful teamwork approach each day.

  • Supervise children through participation in games & activities.
  • Join our school holiday program with exciting excursions to the cinemas, zoo and more!
  • Teamwork and collaboration to create diverse activities.

Who are we looking for?

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

  • Enjoy working with kids.
  • Strong and clear communication.
  • Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children.
  • Australian work rights.
  • Must meet ACECQA requirements for 1st or 2nd qualified Educator.
