About the Service and organisation:

• This organisation is committed to ongoing development and will pay for enrolment and completion of your Diploma
• The organisation is a leading Not for Profit organisation
• Fantastic career progression opportunities 
• Service is licenced for 120 and averaging about 100 children per day 
• The service operates from a purpose built buildings 

Perks and finer details:

• PPT - 35 hours per week
• $33 - $35 per hour + Super + Split Shift allowance - Annual Salary up to $81K
• The position will be split shifts
• The Assistant Director will support the leadership team is managing quality and compliance of the service 
• Before School Hours: 7am - 9am
• After School Hours: 2pm - 6pm
• Admin hours are flexible 

About you:

• Experience working in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) or Early Years Education.
• Qualification in Early Years and/or OSHC (not essential, but desirable).
• First aid, WWCC, & Identify and Respond to Young People at Risk.
• Double Vaccination against COVID-19 or an approved Medical Exemption
