Early Years Learning and Development is a family owned and operated company in Landsdale, WA, catering for school children. We believe in a hands on approach through our leadership and assist our Coordinators and Educators in providing the best quality education and care. Having privately owned services north of the river, provides a secure support base between sister services along with upper management (including Approved provider) being available to support and guide. Our team takes pride in and is well experienced in providing high quality and care to the children and families within our service. A full time off the floor educational leader to support coordinators and educators in the service. We value our team members where we provide and welcome open communication.
About the Services
We are seeking casual Qualified and non qualified OSHC Educators to bring passion and ideas to our services. Working hours are between 6.30am - 9.00am and 2.30pm to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and between the hours of 6.30am to 6.30pm during school holidays. Casual and Permanent Part time positions available. Our locations include;
- Landsdale OSHC
- Landsdale Gardens OSHC
- Kingsway Afterschool Care
What will a day at Early Years Learning and Development look like?
- Assist with the curriculum of our school aged children
- Work alongside a team of educators within our out of school care hours team, providing leadership and guidance
- Collaborating with team members to implement new ideas
- Providing high-quality care and education to children
- Building relationships with children and families within the service.
- Using continuous critical reflection to further own learning and provide guidance to team members
- Keeping up-to-date with industry changes and information.
