With 20 outside school hours care (OSHC) services, we focus on providing children with places of belonging, where everyone feels safe, and where our program of play-based experiences and recreational activities is wonderfully rich and diverse.
We have a fantastic opportunity for multiple casual and permanent part-time OSHC Program Educators to join our Jabiru Scenic Shores OSHC team.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Jabiru as an OSHC Program Educator. In this role, you will engage in building strong and respectful connections and deliver a fun and engaging program for school-age children in our Outside School Hours Care program. You will create a safe and inclusive environment where children can learn, play, and socialise.
Reporting to the location Service Manager, you will collaborate with a team of educators and contribute to and facilitate a high-quality learning experience while actively supervising children in a safe environment, that ensures their wellbeing at all times.

- Knowledge of child development principles
Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate activities for children in the OSHC program
- Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety at all times
- Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and children
- Maintain a clean and organised environment for the OSHC program
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum Certificate III in an area of study relevant to working with children (highly desirable)
- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred but not required
