THE COMPANY:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Be responsible for the overall management of multiple Fit Out projects.
- Direct and lead a team of CAs and contractors.
- Manage and nurture the relationships with all stakeholders including new and existing clients, suppliers, staff and contractors.
- Effectively manage all aspects of the projects from inception to final completion.
- Complete projects within time & within budget.
- Review and manage any changes to scope, variations and defects etc.
- Site visits as required
- Manage all WH&S
- Minimum 2 years in Project Management in the hospitality and retail Fit Out industry.
- Experience in maintaining communication with all staff and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in effectively managing teams, including subcontractors.
- Detailed understanding of Australian Building Standards
- Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and ability to effectively controlling site safety.
- A keen eye for detail and able to deliver high-quality work.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and prioritizing tasks.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Full Australian working rights.
Location: Inner Sydney Location

Salary guide from $130K - $160k + super (based on skills and experience)
