Job Title: Before and After School Care Assistants
Salary field: $30-34 per hour
Job Summary: We have vacancies for before and after school care assistants, holding a Cert III or Diploma Level Qualification. These positions will be offered on a part-time, fixed-term basis for one year, with a review at the end of the year.

Before Care - 1 position: Time: 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM (Monday - Friday)
After Care - 2 positions: Time: 2:45 PM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, energetic, and can contribute fresh perspectives to shape the Before and Aftercare experience. We're looking for candidates who can introduce new activity ideas, enhance the structure of the morning and afternoon sessions, and are willing to take on the role of the "responsible person."
This team will be responsible for caring for students aged 3-10 years in our Early Years building.
The available positions are as follows:
Before Care - 1 position
Time: 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM (Monday - Friday)
After Care - 2 positions
Time: 2:45 PM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
These positions will be offered on a part-time, fixed-term basis for one year, with a review at the end of the year.
Key duties:

• Managing day-to-day operations of the Before care and After care Service, including handling bookings and communication with families and staff.
• Crafting a high-quality weekly program that incorporates the procurement and preparation of nutritious meals.
• Formulating and executing a Quality Improvement Plan while reviewing and refining Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborating with the Victorian Inclusion Agency to develop a Strategic Inclusion Plan for funding.
• Maintaining a neat and well-organised shared space.

Skills & Experience:
Completed a relevant Qualification - minimum Cert III or Diploma Level and hold a current Working with Children Check (Employee).
Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years (student teacher mentors are acceptable).
Desired Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as an OSH (Out of School Hours) assistant will be desirable.
