AddressAssisting in Production activities
- Support all bottling, labelling, and boxing finished goods
- Support distillations and any product creation activities when required.
- Support the team in handling freight logistics and packing orders for timely shipments.
- Ensure all safety, hygiene protocols are followed to our high level quality standards.
Logistics Coordinator
- Receive all distributer, wholesale and web orders and ensure correct procedures are followed depending on the movement
- Select and accurately record all movements in the management systems.
- Proactively complete stock takes to ensure that or orders have been reconciled and stock levels are correct.
- Prepare all web orders.
- Order any requisite transport companies including couriers for pick up of goods
- Deliver any orders required to Australia Post Business Centre
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a logistics and stock management is preferred.
- Computer literate and ability to work with spreadsheets.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required by the event schedule.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
