Mitre 10 Jindabyne is a large hardware store offering an extensive range of hardware and retail products, we have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Outdoor Power Equipment expert to join our Trade team.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be mechanically minded, ideally with mechanical qualifications within this field, have proven customer service experience, and the ability to assist customers with product selection, provide reliable technical support and detect product faults and repair them. A dedicated workshop equipped with tools and spare parts is provided along with ongoing service training.
Previous experience in the power equipment repair industry and customer service is desirable.
As a team member you would not be limited to service and sales of OUTDOOR POWER equipment only, you will be able to get involved within other areas of the business as needed. The roll is currently 2-3 days per week however may increase with business demands.
