This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere on the East Coast of Australia.As an Outreach and Engagement Specialist at Randstad RiseSmart, you will play an integral part as a hybrid member of the Delivery Team, helping to support displaced employees whilst ensuring business deliverables and expectations are met. You will craft a delicate and informative experience for participants ensuring their first experience with our team is exceptional. Our team's mission is to assist each, and every individual's needs as they begin to plan their next steps in their career transition journey, ensuring a seamless, authentic and professional experience from beginning to end.Accountabilities
- Conduct outbound outreaches via phone and email to participants
- Provide excellent customer service through aligning the participants needs with the appropriate support
- Support the broader team to achieve and exceed engagement goals
- Manage personal outreach queue to ensure timely calls and activations, proactively following up when required
- Assist and troubleshoot queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding technology, system improvements and meeting requests
- Provide insight and recommendation in to internal resources to enable delivery guidelines being met
- Support the National Delivery Manager with project tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and forward thinking attitude
- Strong time management and problem solving skills
- Well developed phone skills - relatable and authentic approach
- Good interviewing, probing and listening skills to understand participants goals
- Ability to work independently within a trusted environment
