About the role
We are hiring for an OSHC Manager to head up a well-established school-based service in Yanchep. As the manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations along with building and maintaining relationships with the school community, families and of course our wonderful children.
Day to day duties will include:
- Lead the development and implementation of a diverse and stimulating program that matches the needs of the children
- Work collaboratively with a team of educators to motivate and inspire them
- Encourage and maintain outstanding standards of practice throughout the service
- Assist in establishing daily routines and create appropriate limits and boundaries for children to encourage and teach positive behaviour
- Become a key part of the school community by building solid, positive relationships with school leaders and parents
About you
You will be a skilled leader, with a proven ability to build, lead and foster a positive team culture. You will demonstrate outstanding communication, creativity, initiative and problem-solving skills along with a proven ability to excel under pressure and be adaptable to chance. - Sound knowledge of My Time Our Place and the National Quality Standards
- 1+ years previous experience in a similar role
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
