The Role
As our OSHC Leader, you'll have the chance to lead a team of professionals, shaping the experiences of our children and making meaningful contributions to their development. You will have the opportunity to steer the program's direction, develop innovative activities, and cultivate strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide dynamic leadership to our team of educators, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence
- Develop and execute engaging and diverse programs tailored to the interests and needs of the children in our care
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment
- Establish strong partnerships with parents, schools, and community organizations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the OSHC program, including staff scheduling, budget management, and administrative tasks

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Significant leadership experience in an OSHC or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and education best practices.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
