The position:
We are seeking casual Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educators to join our team in the Burnie area. You will have the opportunity to work with school-aged children supporting their learning and wellbeing. Our Outside School Hours Care provides an inviting and welcoming environment offering programs that are responsive to the interests and needs of school-age children. Our OSHC services provide Before School, After School and Vacation Care.
Applicants must have:
- A fun and outgoing attitude to work
- A willingness to learn and an interest in working with children
- Regular availability and flexibility to work a range of shifts during our opening hours (mostly mornings and evenings)
- Preferable: A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care – or a desire to study supported by Discovery
