About the Job
Due to the ongoing growth of our client portfolio, we are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic fast learner to join our team as an Owners Corporation Manager. Whilst previous Owners Corporation management experience would be an advantage, it is certainly not a must. Perhaps you have real estate/property management, retail or even hospitality experience, or simply looking for a new challenge in the rapidly expanding Owners Corporation management industry. More important than your experience is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
This role will commence as part time but, as our portfolio continues to grow, so too will the opportunity for the role to increase in hours. We see the position starting at 18 hours per week and can be flexible on those hours and how those hours are made up. The role would ideally suit someone wanting to progressively get back into employment after starting a family and looking to work say 10:00am to 3:00pm as an example.
About the Candidate
We are looking for someone who we are confident will fit our team and business dynamics and who, like us, believes that consistently providing their clients service excellence is a given. You have a positive attitude, are confident and self motivated with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow.
You will autonomously manage your portfolio of residential and mixed use properties, prepare financial budgets, conduct annual general meetings working in hand with the Owners Corporation committee and manage all maintenance and repairs to the common property. You will provide advice and guidance to your clients on the relevant legislation and, most importantly, develop relationships with your clients and contractors. You will also have great communication and computer skills.
