The Role:
- Managing a small portfolio (1,200 lots, don't stress, an easily managed portfolio)
- Communicating daily with several Owners Corporations, Contractors and Owners.
- Obtain quotes from contractors and can relay and communicate technical with Owners Corporations.
- Administration, data entry and document preparation, management reports
- Previous experience in an Assistant or OC role
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Well versed in the Owners Corporations Act
The GM is down to earth, kind, and great to work with. My client will give support when needed and does not micro manage.
You will have the option to work from home 2 days per week when you are up to date with all processes and systems.
The salary on offer $90,000 + super (Negotiable)
Location: Blackburn, Melbourne.
