We are seeking a full time OWNERS CORPORATION MANAGER OR TRAINEE. The role is challenging with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and providing outstanding service. We provide in-house and external training. For properties within your portfolio, you will handle all communication, arrange and run AGMs, manage maintenance projects, ensure insurance policies are maintained and lodge claims as necessary, and oversee their finances. Our commitment to your personal and professional growth means you will meet regularly with the General Manager to help you achieve your goals. You will also support other team members to achieve their goals.

Remuneration on offer will be a salary of $75k to $95k, based on experience, background and personal qualities, as well as participation in our profit share scheme after a qualifying period.
