Your new role
You will establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporations. You will also provide services as mentioned below:
Managing the financial accounts of the Owners Corporation
Manage insurance claims
Corresponding with key stakeholders such as owners, contractors, and other 3rd parties
Drawing up proposed new budgets each financial year
Chairing the AGM/other meetings, and issuing the Minutes following the meeting
Managing Committee issues, including calling of Committee Meetings and issuing Minutes of those meetings
Advising owners on matters of Body Corporate law and procedure and
Managing any dispute and resolutions that may arise
What you'll need to succeed
A hard work ethic with a clear focus on key stakeholder management. You will also require the following:
Minimum 2 years industry experience is desirable;
Knowledge of the Owners Corporation Statutory Act;
Attention to detail & accuracy;
Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal;
Proven ability in chairing Owners Corporation meetings;
Ability to or the drive to learn new skills managing defects/cladding issues.
