Owners Corporation Manager - Western SuburbsThis is a rare opportunity to be working locally in the Western Suburbs on large properties, with full training provided and with 2-3 days per week work from home.
A great opportunity to get into a large tier 1 strata company as an Owners Corporation Manager!
With a local, friendly & professional office team of 15 staff and one of the best brands in the industry to work for, you will be trained and guided by the best, and never alone at work!
You have admin support, company events, training and 6 and 12 month salary reviews are standard here!
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:00pm, No weekends. Time in Lieu for after hours AGM's.
JOB DUTIES:
- Management of portfolio of <10 buildings, 1,000+ lots
- Use of strata management software (latest cloud based)
- Maintenance, admin, enquiries, and general operational day to day running of the portfolio (with support)
- Site visits to properties when required (all properties based Western Suburbs)
WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary of $90,000 - $105,000 + Super, dependant on experience
- Free car parking on site
- Tools of the trade, laptop, phone etc are provided
- 2-3 days work from home
- We are looking for a team leader for this team in next 12-18 months, 120K role!
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of the strata industry with strata experience
- Good communication skills and admin skills
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
