As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
As an Owners Corporation Manager at Inner Owners Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple owners' corporations. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with property owners, managing financial aspects, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
The portfolio on offer is currently made up of Tier 1, 2, and 3 Owners Corporations with a total of 600 Lots. As we continue to grow so will your portfolio and remuneration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure timely collection of fees.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
- Compliance: Ensure owners' corporations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead regular owners' corporation meetings.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve issues among property owners and within the community.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in owners' corporation management.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- People Skills: Ability to build positive relationships and manage conflicts effectively.
