Owners Corporation Manager (Junior)This opportunity awaits to join a friendly, collaborative and supportive team of strata professionals as our newest Owners Corporation Manager, due to growth and changes in our Kew office.
The idea in this role is to create a portfolio for you comprising 550 lots and 35 properties or so, to help relieve the business's workload.
The position is also open for current assistant/junior OCMs who want to step up into an Owners Corporation Manager position with a Tier 1 firm and have career progression for the future. Training provided!
JOB DUTIES:
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc
- Be trained to deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties
- Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings
- Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential with some commercial, as described above
Using StrataMaster software, you will have a company laptop, all the tools of the trade you need and a great culture of friendly, professional, local staff, with monthly lunches and staff events!
Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm, no weekends. Finish ~4:30pm on Fridays. Parking Provided free at office.
WHAT'S ON OFFER:
- $80,000 - $90,000 + Super with 6 month salary review
- Car parking free on site
- Tools of the trade, laptop, phone etc. are provided if required
- Up to 3 days work from home, post quick initial training period (1 month)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property and asset management experience
- Excellent communication skills and admin skills
