We are a Property Development & Management company based in Dandenong South. We mainly build commercial properties and have a portfolio of properties and OCs managed inhouse.
We are offering an experienced Strata Manager the opportunity to join an established business managing the Commercial Strata portfolio directly on behalf of the Developer.
About the role
This is an autonomous role that allows you to run and manage it as if it was your own business. You will be responsible for;
- Management of the Owners Corporations
- Liaise with the Owners & Tenants as required
- Implement and police Owners Corporation Rules
- Preparation and management of Annual budgets
- Invoicing
- Reconciliation of Budgets
- OC Software - data entry and management
- Preparation of agendas & minutes of meetings for AGMs
- Arrange quotes, repairs and maintenance
- Uphold Company Values
- Reporting to Management Team as required
The ideal candidate
- Knowledge and application of the Owners Corporations Act 2006
- Confidence to Chair and facilitate meetings, negotiate, mediate, communicate, manage various personalities and provide accurate advice
- High level of professionalism and ability to problem solve and multitask within a team
- Understanding of buildings, plans of subdivisions, defects and dealing with relevant legislation
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Positive attitude
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Competent computer and technology skills
