St Kevin’s College is a leading Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition.  We cater for boys from ELC to Year 12 with a current enrolment of 2100 students.  The College is a member of the Associated Public Schools of Victoria (APS).

The Opportunity

Due to internal staff movements, we seek a dynamic Personal Assistant to join our St Kevin's Community. The successful applicant will be supporting the Director of Glendalough, our Junior campus and will be required to manage competing priorities within short deadlines, whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion. The position is full time, fixed term for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Commencing January 22 2024.

About You

You have had previous experience in a similar role and are known for your efficiency, strong time management skills and professionalism.  In addition you have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills across MS and Google Suite
• Exemplary organisational skills with a proactive approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in the education sector desirable
