Packaging Shift Supervisors!We are currently seeking motivated, reliable workers to contribute to the manufacturing for cheese! From raw milk to aged variety of cheeses, from production to packaging, this position will see you involved in the entire process!Do you have some experience of leading or mentoring small teams, an enthusiasm to drive results of the team and the ability to lead through doing, not saying? A great team fit will be able to communicate effectively with their team and Packaging Manager alike, be reliable to attend shifts as dictated by a weekly roster released every Friday, and at times be able to drive team results during “surge” periods. Reporting to the Packaging Supervisor, you will be given a firm understanding of Shift requirements and you will be required to manage personel on your shift and be the conduit between your staff and the Supervisor.Now is your chance to develop a solid relationship with one of the South Coasts leading employers, to prove that you are reliable, motivated and hard working. Shift Supervisor, you may be required to;
- Lead and manage a shift of 5 personnel across morning and afternoon shifts
- Conduct manual handling in the Packaging, storage and preparation for delivery
- Ensure general cleaning tasks are completed to maintain a very hygienic facility

- Conduct repetitive tasks to achieve volume of product
