A Site Supervisor is sought by a busy Tier 3 Builder, to manage an upcoming $3 million age care new build project in South Sydney, due to commence in early March.
The Opportunity:

• Working for a busy Tier 3 Builder on age care/ commercial/ hospitality/ government projects from $2 million to $10 million
• Initial project is a $3 million age care new build/ refurb in the South Sydney area
• 8 month programme
• You will be managing all trades and reporting to a Project Manager
• $150k - 170k package
• Immediate start
• Long term permanent opportunity

• An established Tier 3 Commercial Builder with 40 year training history
• Reporting to a PM
• $50 million T/O
• This successful contractor focuses on age care, commercial, education, hospitality projects
• Sydney based builder
• 20 staff in the business

​You will have:

• A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred
• Previous supervisory experience with a commercial builder is sought
• 2 years supervisory/ site management experience essential
• Ability to manage multiple trades
• Strong communication experience with ability to liaise with key clients
• Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy contractor
• A steady career history and previous site management/ supervisor background
