Treehouse Paediatrics is a young, thriving multidisciplinary paediatric allied health practice. We are an innovative team working to grow our emerging practice to be a market leader in quality paediatric care. We only do paeds, and we do paeds well.
Treehouse Paediatrics provides high quality physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, podiatry, art therapy and Allied Health Assistant services to children aged 0-16. We see children in the community, in our child friendly rooms, schools, kindergartens or in the pool.

About the role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to do the following:
- Provide OT supports to children 0 - 16 years old in a variety of settings, using a family centred and neurodiversity affirming approach.
- Provide supports to both NDIS funded and private paying kids
- Participate in Autism assessment- we will train you!
- Provide standardised assessments and reports when required
- Work collaboratively with the internal and external team to provide optimal supports and outcomes for children and their families
- Provide Allied Health student supervision and clinical supervision to more junior staff when required (dependent upon experience)
- Participate in in-services and meetings
- Assist in developing evidence based group programs
Required
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Willingness to work under a Neurodiversity Affirming framework
- AHPRA registration
- Experience in paediatric OT preferred but not essential
- Passion for paediatrics and willingness to further develop skills
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- Confidence to manage a varied paediatric caseload (with support of a collaborative multidisciplinary team)
