Paid Media Executive

As one of Australia's leading independent digital agencies, we are searching for a talented Paid Media Executive to join our team. You'll primarily focus on managing paid search and social campaigns for an exciting portfolio that includes some of Australia’s leading eCommerce retailers.

If you have 1-3 years of agency experience under your belt and are ready to take charge while collaborating closely with clients and colleagues, this role could be perfect for you.

The Nitty-Gritty:

Location: Brisbane or Melbourne 
Work Type: Full time 
Work Model: Hybrid

Our work model is hybrid, offering WFH Wednesdays and the flexibility to work from home on other days (for appointments, caregiver duties, etc.) with approval. We understand that priorities vary from person to person, and we’re human (things happen), so we strive to maintain a balance between connection, collaboration, and flexibility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns
• Craft tailored digital strategies with clients
• Maximise campaign performance within budgets
• Stay updated on industry trends and share insights
• Guide junior team members and contribute to account strategies

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong time management and communication skills
• Proficiency in data analytics and Excel
• Creative ad copywriting abilities
• Experience with paid campaigns across multiple platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (regarded but not essential)
