This role encompasses a blend of hands-on platform execution, client management, and strategic planning.Responsibilities:

• Drive the success and growth of your client portfolio and direct reports
• Execute campaigns within platforms and manage day-to-day client communications
• Develop comprehensive strategies outlining investment, channels, and targeting
• Identify new channels and platforms to achieve business objectives
• Offer insights, analysis, and guidance on campaign optimization
• Collaborate with other digital teams to plan and execute campaigns effectively
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Uphold best practices across all channels and platforms
• Implement continuous testing and improvement initiatives
• Develop and enhance team and company processes to boost efficiency

About You:

• 3-5 years of Paid Search experience is essential**
• Previous experience with E-Commerce clients is highly desirable
• Proficiency in at least one other major marketing channel or platform (Paid social/ Programmatic)
• Experience working across multi-channel clients
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Knowledge of performance tracking tools like Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Motivated to learn and grow technically and professionally
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Collaborative and friendly attitude, fostering a positive team environment
• Passionate about your work and dedicated to continuous improvement
