The main purpose of this position is to bring brand's most successful social channel (TikTok) and its paid campaigns and activities - in-house. Meaning you will work on very large budgets and build out the paid team as you go.
Role Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the brand team to create captivating TikTok ad content
- Manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns
- Utilise TikTok and Meta’s targeting options to reach specific audiences
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering daily reports and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on the latest TikTok trends, features, and algorithm updates
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimise strategies and achieve success
- Proven experience managing successful TikTok advertising campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok's ad platform, features, and algorithm
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaigns
- Exceptional creativity and visual content creation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with broader digital marketing channels
