ROLE PURPOSE
Assist the Head of Marketing and Creative with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives for the Tarocash brand. This role is responsible for researching and executing the SOCIAL MEDIA AND content strategy. Manage external relationships to maximize the performance of Tarocash, assisting with the organisation of photo shoots and ambassador program, updating and maintaining the shopping centre marketing list, marketing calendar, maximizing marketing opportunities for events, and ensuring our brand is represented across Local Area Marketing channels.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
Strategy & Implementation:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Creative to assist with implementing key marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain marketing retail calendar and share with wider team.
- Focus on SOCIAL MEDIA strategy recommendation and implementation.
- Deliver social trend reports.
- Assist with the research and analysis of competitor activity to drive marketing AND BRAND initiatives.
- Provide post campaign analysis and assessment with a ROI focus highlighting effectiveness across store network through sales results.
- Assist with the production of photo-shoots with the Head of Merchandise & Head of Marketing and Creative.
- Support localisation and diversity strategy.
- Proactively communicate the progress of shopping centre & store activities to the broader team.
- Support and manage seasonal retail training projects.
Store Marketing:
- Review and report on all post campaign initiatives with a ROI focus, highlighting effectiveness across store networking through sale results.
- Update & maintain the contact list of the Shopping Centre Marketing teams.
- Support new store openings by developing launch activities, aligning with shopping centres to drive localized brand opportunities and initiating foot traffic driving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with Shopping Centre Managers and Marketing teams.
- Maximise/increase participation of localized centre opportunities.
- Assist with the creation, organization and sharing of marketing content for shopping centre websites, newsletters, catalogues and magazines.
Online & Digital:
- Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring Online & Digital requirements are met.
- Support Online team with E-commerce Photo shoots as needed inc. pre and post production.
Public Relations:
- Manage the production of seasonal look book.
- Manage and lead the Tarocash Ambassador Program and influencer outreach in collaboration with Social Media and Community Specialist and as approved by Head of Creative and Marketing.
- Assist in PR product placement opportunities as per requests
- Drive and maximise all PR opportunities.
- Support for PR launches, store launches, brand seeding to new potential mediums
- Collaborate on joint shopping centre opportunities/promotions
