AddressWe are currently seeking a creative and motivated Social Media and Content Coordinator to join our marketing team and contribute to the success of Gro Clinics.
The role
This role will be instrumental in enhancing Gro’s brand reach, awareness, and engagement across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Social Media and expertise with major Social Media platforms and Social Media management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of Gro Diary candidates and influencers.
Interact with users and respond to Social Media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Build and maintain a strong social presence and community management.
Maintain unified brand voice across different Social Media channels.
Ensure campaign content is rolled out consistently across all channels.
Conceptualise short lead social content development.
Generate content ideas for EDM campaign.
Collaborate with marketing team to create Social Media calendar.
Assisting in video post-production for organic and paid digital channels.
Liaise with photographers, printers, web developers, and designers to execute a consistent brand aesthetic.
Monitor and review analytics, industry trends and create reports on key metrics.
About you:
2 years experience in a similar role
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools
Excellent oral and social listening skills.
Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and Social Media space.
Strong copy-editing skills.
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and take the lead on anything Social Media related
