About The Role
We are looking to grow our team by bringing on a new Social Media Specialist. We are open to this role being part or full time depending on the ideal candidate's requirements. This role is a remote position, but will have the opportunity to attend ad hoc client meetings, photo and video shoots plus catch up with the team face-to-face for coworking dates.
The key areas of responsibilities for our new Social Media Specialist will be:
- Creation of monthly organic Social Media content in line with the client strategy documents (10 – 15 clients) for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Set up, monitor and report on Meta campaigns (10 - 15 clients)
- Ongoing analyse of Social Media trends, data and insights and use this provide guidance to clients
- Quarterly review of Social Media strategy document to ensure it is still accurate and aligned to client goals
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- is patient and approaches work with a curious mindset
- is happy working as part of a local but remote team
- is comfortable managing complex advertising campaigns for multiple clients
- has agency experience or has worked with a diverse range of industries
- has advanced knowledge of Meta
- loves to keep up to date with the world of Social Media
The successful candidate will be invited to attend client meetings (face to face and online) so we would love someone who is comfortable chatting through campaigns results and strategies with clients and their teams.
